These delicious shiitake mushrooms were painted in preparation for and in honor of the annual Telluride Mushroom Festival, or Shroomfest, after which they served as a delightful stir fry accompanying grilled tuna in wasabi avocado sauce. Are you hungry, yet? Indeed, it was delicious.

To me, making art is about the stopping of time, as are so many of the things I most love doing. I don't believe in time as we know it.
