Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

“Crow’s Eye” features a crow or raven standing against a background of marbled blue, yellow and pink that have blended and mixed to show other colors as well. This miniature painting is presented on a vintage domino game piece that I have made into a pendant, a personal and functional work of art.

I have always loved the weight and feel of dominoes in my hand, and enjoy taking the opportunity to repurpose, or upcycle unused objects. Also, the gypsy in me is drawn to, and entertained by, the fortunetelling aspect of the dominoes.

The backside of this one features the numbers 1 and 1. The sides and back have also been painted, with the crow image wrapping the side. The back is a very marbled, lighter version of the colors on the front, and it can be worn reversibly.

To me, making art is about the stopping of time, as are so many of the things I most love doing. I don't believe in time as we know it. When I become engaged in creating something, I no longer feel subject to time's constricting whims. That is why I am driven to create. I love the light touch and thrilling chemistry of watercolor painting, the bold strokes possible in pastel work, the patterns I can create with an ink drawing, and learning something new, always. Color thrills me. Texture delights. I hope with each work to retain the clarity of what I see, and bring that into view for others.
