Artist's Description
Breathe is an intuitively and mindfully painted, light, free and breezy spring floral painting loosely inspired by a blooming branch of pink blossoms on my flowering peach tree. The painting process was meditative and relaxed but focused. It was done with mixed media, predominantly watercolor, on yupo, a material that maximizes the flowing, merging qualities of the watercolor medium. The materials and the process give a painter the opportunity to relinquish control and flow with the moment. This can be unnerving, so it is important to just breathe. Be in the moment.

I may not always achieve that, but the honest desire is present in each of my pieces. For those who enjoy facts; I am a signature member of...
