Claiming the Moon
Artist
Beverley Harper Tinsley

Painting - Watercolor And Graphite
Description
A trio of mushrooms thrive in the moonlit, misty atmosphere. Perhaps a delicious edible treat awaits harvesting, or possibly these fungi have medicinal or spiritual uses. Elves and fairy folk may dwell in their shelter. Then again, nature provides many things to be enjoyed for their sheer beauty and variety. This painting was made in honor of the Telluride Mushroom Festival, in the Colorado mountains, and all the wonderful people who meet there annually.
